Need I say more than fried chicken, fried egg, bacon, gravy, and a biscuit? The Zach is arguably one of the best ways to wake up in the morning, and wake up you will, no matter how many consecutive all-nighters you've pulled or how hungover you are, due to the sheer number of calories you ingest with every delectable bite. If you're in a party over 4 people, it may be difficult to find seating right away, but the wait is well worth it. Grab a coffee and stand at the bar until you get to set your eyes upon this fantastic breakfast "sandwich". Serious Biscuit has a nice atmosphere, in which people can converse about their weekend plans or one can peacefully read the newspaper. Kudos, Tom Douglas.
