So this was probably the best experience I've had with customer service ever anywhere. The staff was extra friendly and the food was good. My husband and I came to try it out for the first time. I ordered a chicken fried steak and he ordered a sirloin. We got our food very quickly. The waitress asked if the steak was cooked all right and he said "it's cooked right". The waitress picked up really well that he wasn't too satisfied even though he was trying not to show it, and the manager came out and asked about it. He just mentioned that it's cooked perfect but doesn't have any flavor. She offered to change out his order and so he got a chicken fried steak as well. It came out perfectly.
