Mi Quang NoodleShrimp Mi QuangThe best "Mi Quang" in htown. My picky mom try her fave dish, Mi quang all over htown. From different places in Bellaire to downtown/S45 but none are good enough for her. So far she gave this place a thumb up (even a full stomach beforehand). Their crawfish is very fresh with a good timing on cooking(recommend the crawfish to soak in a little longer). I would recommend anyone wanna have the best of both world. Will definitely come back to support this local biz.

If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food.. DO NOT come here. I ordered a Mi Quang in hopes of it being remotely comparable to my mother's authentic cooking. The broth was flavorless and cold. They do not carry red chilli sauce/paste (regular ot). It was disappointing. They gave me Sriracha to use for the Mi Quang..Secondly.. the crawfish was very small, tiny and not very well flavored. I got the Shabang. Definitely a big disappointment! Not even that spicy.. tasted mild.Definitely go somewhere else if you're looking for authentic and flavor.
