Very worst customer service. Called them in afternoon for chai and they gave us the reason that it's not ready. Again tried ordering in evening and they mentioned the same reason. Not even telling that how long would it take to make chai. As we were ready to wait as well. Pathetic service and the lady was extremely rude. Never happened with any other restaurant. Customers time should be respected. Wish I could give them zero stars.
