Shami Platter aka Chicken Shami Kebab! Made with 100% Halal chicken Shah's Halal Food 1245 Middle Country Rd, Selden, NY 11784 Review: (4 out of 5 Stars) Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Shami kebab crispy outside and soft inside. Taste a lot better with white sauce and chutney (green sauce). As always don't forget to say Bismillah and Alhamdulilah for everything
