Food was ok- we asked for simple alterations (add tomato, etc) that weren't included. The service was particularly bad, which is why I am unfortunately leaving a poor review. They forgot about our order and we waited 30 minutes until we realized other customers got their orders. The cashier also locked themself out of the register, and gave us incorrect change. The woman cleaning the store was very nice.

The burgers we ordered were very tasty and well made, the problem is...they are quite small. Seriously, the size of a regular burger is about the same as a Whopper Jr. When you pay $50 for 3 adults and a child to have lunch, no one should leave hungry, but all three adults were unfilled and unsatisfied with their meal. $50 bucks for 3 Whopper Jrs. and a hot dog for the child is just ridiculous. Needless to say, I will never go back.

Half my meal was forgotten and both of the drinks I ordered were maybe half full. Overheard a worker tell their coworker that they messed up someone else's order yet they still served it to them. Normally enjoy Shake Shack so this was very disappointing.
