Wow…. What to say, what to say. First of all, I WISH I were able to get some photos of our food but it looked so delicious, we couldn’t help but to gobble it all up within lightning speed!Let me start with the wait. It was slammed when we got there. I started with a call ahead to check how the wait was and it was almost an hour. We did the smart thing and saved our place in line via the website, showed up, we’re already on the list and were seated within 5 minutes upon arrival despite the loads of people waiting outside.The place is large with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We got a cozy little booth. Everything was very clean including the restrooms.We ordered 2 of the cheeseburger tacos, a grouper taco, a Tampa hot chicken taco and a short rib taco alongside some chips + salsa. WOW! My husband and I were VERY impressed with Shaker & Peel. We were passing through the area and stopped here for lunch. The inside of the restaurant was trendy and clean. Our waitress Kate was accommodating and friendly. The Strawberry Fields Margarita was phenomenal!! We shared the Philly Cheesesteak Quesadilla (BEST quesadilla I've ever had). My mouth is watering just thinking about it... We also sampled several tacos on the menu. Out of the tacos we tried, the Volcano Shrimp Taco was my favorite by far. If you are in this area, Shaker & Peel is a MUST for your next meal.
