Absolutely amazing service. The owner was so friendly and helpful. He let me sample the ceviche and you can do half and half. I went full shrimp which he told me is the most popular. It was perfect for a hot day. The tosticeviche looks so fun and I also saw they serve flan. He told me the stand has been around for five years, please support them!

I have had the pleasure of eating Marcos' ceviche a few times, and had a lovely chat with him today. He's engaging and smart, and it shows in the care he takes with his menu and ingredients. The shrimp ceviche was cool on a hot Seattle day on the plaza, made with fresh ingredients and excellent flavor. The perfect meal in the shade of a nearby tree outside El Centro de la Raza--and the water spray that was lightly misting the Roberto Maestas Plaza was an additional welcome respite over lunch.
