The prices keep rising but the quality keeps declining! My fish was so hard it was inedible! The fries were cold & soggy.. I called to complain & never got a simple apology! NEVER GOING BACK!!

I had a horrible experience at 11PM last night. There was a cook name Khalid that was extremely rude to me and the cashier that was taking my order. The cashier incorrectly received my order, and informed the cook. Khalid literally yelled, threw a tantrum and stormed off. We were both standing there as the cashier continuously apologized. She called him back serval times, and he finally came out and said that it will be an additional 10Mins, and left out the the back again as if he was annoyed by both of us. I will never be back again.
