I placed an order at 132am to be picked up at 210am for 2 hot dogs. I waited until 245am when my lunch break was over and never got my food. I had to leave with nothing to eat. I've never had a more horrible experience at Sheetz. I was given my money back for the purchase, but I will not return. I placed the order 45 minutes ahead of time for it to be ready. The manager told me they prioritize door dash orders over mobile orders so mine was being pushed back over and over. That's unacceptable.

Cashier Laura (spelling might be wrong)was not nice, wouldn't scan a sheetz card for me or give me one when I asked because I'm from out of town. Any other time I've been to a sheetz the cashier was nice enough to scan a card or give me one.

Is it common practice for an employee to cross contaminate food orders? To not waste food?I physically watched an employee start to make 2 different orders involving chicken patties. When he realized that he'd put the wrong chicken on the wrong sauce after all fixings had touched the chicken, he proceeded to swap the chicken & put it with the proper sauce & fixings.I had to stop him & ask him what he was doing, all he...
