Shell in Acton

Place has a pretty good scam going with the car wash. Tells you to wait till the machines done washing the car infrony of you if not it'll void your code and they won't give you your money back. I waited till the fans finished drying the far infront if me and isn't make any more noise. Type my code in. Void. Won't ever stop here again.

I tried to pump gas at this station. Pump did not work. I hit cancel and hung up the pump. I was riding a motorcycle. The problem with the pump is you can not see the screen to read it. I was charged 54.00 at this station. Never recieved anything. Their response is you have to enter the store to cancel a transaction. PUMPING GAS FOR YEARS I AM 60. never happened before. Never use this gas station again. Need to maintain their Equipment so you can read the screen and so the cancel button works.

Do NOT get gas at this gas station. They blatantly will rip you off. I gave my sister $30 in gas money to get through the week to go to this gas station. They took her money and the assigned it to the wrong pump and let someone else pump $28 in gas she paid for and drive away.When the person was confronted about the issue my sister was told she had to resolve the issue with the person at the pump which is unprofessional. The person at the pump swiped their card and probably paid for the gas a second time which means they made $60 on $30 in gas.We have tried multiple times to contact the manage who states that my sister gave the wrong pump number which is inaccurate. They claim they heard her say it on video but will not show us proof because they are lying.This is a privately owned Shell station so when i called Shell corporation they said there is nothing they can do here.Do not give these thieves your business. They are probably pocketing your cash and not giving you what you paid for
