Pretty cool spot, especially if you're an avid hookah-smoker. I love me an authentic-feeling hookah venue.  The staff was super friendly.  Our waiter could not speak English very well, but to me that adds to the authenticity of the experience, although the language barrier can be somewhat frustrating, it really wasn't a problem for us.  He was attentive and helpful. I am somewhat of a hookah traveler per say, I always look for new and interesting places to try.  This one will definitely be somewhere I will visit again! Their flavors were very good and I had a great time sharing the experience with my sister.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When first pulling up to the business we noticed a lot of cars which turned out to be the most promising part of the place. When walking up to the entrance we noticed a lot of people eating food from home and were stared down for some reason. Once inside there was barely any room to walk as we found of the few open seats. After waiting about 30 minutes inside a business that you hoped wouldn't catch fire because of the lack of escape routes we were greeted by whom we think was the owner. We ordered a familiar flavor which we smoke at home in Toledo and at other hookah lounges around us. I had clear view to the back room where the hookahs were made and saw him pull one off the shelf and used the water that was already in it. First mistake since who knows long it was in there. After watching him start/smoke off of the house he then brought out to use (very off putting) we tried it. The first initial puff of smoke was okay. Not the typical blueberry mint were used to but every place is different. But after a second hit I...

Workers are rude. I'm pretty sure people were smoking cigarettes in the lounge. Hookah was gross and we tried explaining it but he didn't understand. We said it wasn't clean he said bye. Smoke a lot in Toledo where we are from and it doesn't taste anything like that. I wouldn't ever come here again. Pretty sure they take a hookah off the floor and change the bowl but do not change the water or hose. Very gross would not recommend.
