Saturday Oct 30, 2021 Arrived at Shiloh's at 6pm. Went to front desk and told them I had reservations. Three girls were there. One said, yes we have your reservation, Sit anywhere you like??? Why make reservations? After seating, Patrick took our order. Caesar Salad. What a disappointment! The dressing was nothing like Caesar, more like Italian. I want to suggest to the Salad Chef to FIND A REAL RECIPE FOR CAESAR! Visit Bizarro's Italian on M.I. Theirs is very good. Overall: Dinner and Service were good.

We live on the West coast of FL but travel to the East coast multiple times a year for a variety of reasons. Sometimes we go out of the Port Canaveral cruise port and others we take my son to Cocoa Beach so that he can surf. Over the past year, every time we have gone over there we make a point to stop in Titusville at our new favorite restaurant - Shiloh's Steak & Seafood.Located on US Hwy 1, on the water, and within sight of Kennedy Space Center, this delightful restaurant has a varied menu of seafood, steak, pasta and other items that has always satisfied us and made us want to come back for more. We have eaten both lunch and dinner here several times and both were great. The views can be stunning if you have a view over the river. As far as food goes, we have had the balsamic glazed scallops as an appetizer twice and absolutely loved them. My wife is a prime rib connoisseur and says that Shiloh's serves some of the best prime rib she has had in Florida. I have also had the Baked Trio for dinner, which is a mix of fish, shrimp and scallops. Their pasta and burgers are amazing as well.Every time we have eaten here, the service has been exceptional and the food out of this world. We live in Florida so eat quite a bit of seafood and these folks know what they're doing. We will continue to return.
