Older woman working night shift @8:35 pm Sunday Jan. 23 on the corner of Main and Temple is very rude, obnoxious and poor customer service! She cut into a conversation between my mother and myself and then started yelling at my whole family about nothing that had to do with placing an order or what we wanted to order. Instead of taking our order she insulted us. Shipley's needs to do a proper background check for their employees before they let them interact with their customers. This woman was very aggressive!

I don't know why someone would give this place 1 star. This is the only place that makes their dough by hand. The staff is really kind and helping. Mr. Tim is a real hard working man that loves what he does. The way I know this is that the way the donuts taste. This place is just phenomenal.

I can say this with full confidence, this is the best Shipley Do-Nuts there is. Their kolaches and donuts just taste better and feel as if they're made with a lot more effort and passion than any other Shipley's Do-Nuts. The only problem I have is that the line is too long! They always have a lot of people. I do wish they made kolaches all day and not just in the morning. I especially enjoy the buh...
