She pleases the only place I like donuts I love their cream-filled donuts and their glazed donuts there's a location in Houston it's off of Mesa if you like bear claws that's the only Shipley's that puts raisins in their bear claws and they're super awesome they're the only ones that make up like that I literally drive all the way over there sometimes just to go get one so if your bear cloth fan try the shipping Donuts on Mesa Drive ZIP code is 77078

A local told me that the key to Shipley Do-Nuts is eating them within an hour... not sure if that is true or not but these donuts are delicious!  The location is a bit weird to get into/out of if there is a lot of traffic.  I hit the drive through ordering 2 dozen mixed and of course I had to get a kolache with cheese.   The donuts were heavenly - seriously better than the national chains.  They are fluffy and just have this amazing not too sweet texture.  If I had not been around other people I would have gorged on at least 3-4 of these... but alas, I only had one.  The kolache was good -- it is like a pig in a blanket really.  The dough around it is light and wonderful.  Now, they say it is 'sausage' but it is a hotdog.  It was good, but I think I would have enjoyed the jalapeno version more.
