Hand down the best Shipleys location in Houston! There is nothing else to say. The best is the best!

Normally when I come here the donuts are fresh! But the day I came on 1/20/2022 the donuts was NOT fresh they were cold. Who wants cold and not fresh donuts ? Not me! So I ask the lady that was working the drive thru, how long for fresh she said about 3 mins. I told her I would wait because I prefer the fresh ones. I return the bag back to her, she SNATCHED the bag out of my hand!!!!! Very rude and no good customer service at all. When I spend my hard earned money I want to be treated with respect!!! I doubt it if they every see me again!!! They should really do something about they customer service.

These are the best Shipley Do-nuts in Houston... It's not clear why they are so good, but they are better than any other Shipley's and maybe the best donuts in the area. Maybe the original equipment? Or extra glaze under frosting? Not sure, but you won't be disappointed in the flavor--though you may have to wait in line.
