Dined in and ordered off their 19 piece Shiro's sushi 4 course menu. Service was excellent as the waitress took her time and explained where the seafood from each piece came from. Everything I had was fresh. Some of my favorite pieces were the geoduck, king crab, sea urchin and the fatty tuna as it melted wonderfully in my mouth. Covid protocols were enforced and the tables were spaced out apart.
