Very nice service! Never extremely busy and the entertainment is so good not to mention the soup, my kids love it and I'll recommend it to anyone as a date night or family meal much better than Benihana and much cheaper

This place is the worst ShoGun. My meat ordered was raw on both plates. When asked to correct it, it was still not done correctly. Talking to the manager to address it was a joke. $50 for food that wasn't edible.Waitstaff just stares at you like they dont know what to do when you ask for the food to be corrected.Bathrooms are disgusting, air vents look like they are growing mold.Shogun is normally very good. We won't be back to this location, ever.
