Place has really gone down,the show was terrible throw rice at people was the only thing that was done. Even the grandkids were bored with it

The food was good. The service was decent. The atmosphere was down right disgusting and terrible. First I asked for a booster but never was brought one. I figured out why because there were only 2-3 in the whole restaurant. The bathroom was leaking from the ceiling. The hibachi grill we were sitting at was either broken and about to burn the place down or the ac was out. But it was at least 90-100 degrees where we were sitting. The chef looked like he was about to pass out. The waitress could barely stand to take our order. By the end of the night we were all sweating through our clothes. Dear Shogun people in your ivory towers GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES A NICE RESTAURANT TO START AND YOU MIGHT GET SOMEWHERE.
