Great experience at Shun last Saturday. Unmistakably Japanese but many dishes have a twist (think lightly caramelized tuna belly!) resulting in unique dishes. Service was very attentive, and dishes came out at a gentle pace. Yuzu ceviche and Hama crudo were refreshing. Hamachi kama yaki was substantial size. Beer mussels were good. Cauliflower tempura and toro brulee were amazing.

I have been following Shun IG page for a while and finally decided to check the restaurant out. The customer service was outstanding and the food did not disappoint. I ordered from the happy hour menu and the regular menu which consist of the following: baby back ribs, tuna hand roll, miso soup, the Ringo, and lastly their famous soufflé pancakes. Everything was delicious, especially the soufflé pancakes. I will definitely be back!
