I have tried to be a study customer, even through the pandemic, but I give up. I have noticed increased prices with a steady decline in quality. Importantly, in two of my last three carry-out orders, Siam Paragon included in the entrées ingredients which I specifically requested be left out for food intolerance reasons. Even though the orders were read back to me correctly, when I got home I discovered ingredients I cannot eat were in the food even though I specifically asked that they be excluded. In one case, it made the meal inedible. It went directly into the trash and I ate steamed white rice for dinner. With the more recent mistake, I had to painstakingly pick an ingredient out of the meal. Although I called and received a credit for the first mistake, I would’ve preferred to be able to eat something other than white rice for dinner that evening. When the same mistake happened again this week, I decided I am not going to bother asking for a credit. I am simply not going to patronize them any more. Finally, a recent order of summer rolls were dry and the vegetables in them did not taste fresh. Again, I think the quality of food has declined since I first started going there. But I do not want that to detract from the importance of their failure to ignore a patron’s request not to include certain problematic ingredients. They’re inattentiveness to this important request is a dealbreaker for me.

We order takeout since COVID happened. Food tends to be generally average but last time my wife's entree was hot despite ordering it mild. This isn't the first time our order was messed up as far as heat/spice is concerned. During our initial days of patronage, they also used to frequently add tofu to my order of drunken noodles with vegetables. No point in spending money if we cannot enjoy our food. Going elsewhere for Thai. Sadly there are few acceptable options in the area.

Good good, good value, service was slow although the staff tried to make up for it.
