Our company has (up until now), put our employees here for training. We have spent close to 10k with this hotel. When two employees flights were canceled, I attempted to extend the reservation and pre-pay the reservation (so employees do not have to front the costs) and they would not allow us to pre-pay as it was within 72 hours of the reservation being made. We arrived mid-day Sunday 1/16/22 and asked if I could check-in early. The employee and manager working the front desk were very courteous and graciously allowed us to check-in at noon. I explained to the manager that we were recommended to the hotel by the UW Head Soccer coach and he informed me that UW regularly refers visitors and guests to the hotel. The early check-in allowed us to rest a couple hours before our tour of the athletic facilities so thank you for working with us!
