The customer service was very nice. The food was very bland. They did not season anything, not even with salt and pepper!

We ordered delivery for our family tonight. I wanted to make sure that they knew what a great job they did..so I called them and thanked them. The manager took my order over the phone. She was friendly and courteous. The order was delivered under the time quoted which was great. We ordered the tidbit platter, general tso's chicken and crab yummy. The food was fresh and delicious and huge portions. Way to go, Silverlake Hunan!
