Love Simon's A La Cart! First of all, there are two carts of note. One serves hot wraps (red and black umbrellas) and another serves cold wraps (tan umbrellas). They are located at the corner of 10th and Cary, outside the Wells Fargo building. Today, I decided to try the cold wrap stand. Normally, there is a good number of people in line, but luckily no one was there today around 12:30! Typically, the stands are there from around 11:30am to 1:30pm, weather permitting. Anyway, I ordered the turkey and tabbouli wrap. You get your choice of wrap flavor - Wheat, tomato, garlic, etc. All wraps cost $7 and come with a bag of chips. The wrap ingredients paired well together and had a nice even taste throughout. This particular wrap came with turkey, tabbouli, onion, lettuce, and banana peppers. I got it without the raw purple onions - I intended on having conversations with people in person soon after eating. You also have a choice of adding ranch or a vinaigrette. I got the ranch, and it was pretty watery once I sat down to eat the wrap. I'm also not sure if it added...
