I never leave negative reviews, like never. We have been here a few times loved the food. Came back one evening for my friends birthday and was stopped a hour early before closing telling us we won't be seated because it was a hour before closing? I told her it was my friends birthday and she looked forward to eating here...the hostess would not listen. My husband ask if there was anything online about that being a rule and she said they didn't have a website. Very disappointed to be treated like that. Sad to have a place have great food but poor service. Be aware to come before 7:30 not 8:30 like it says online to be able to dine in.

It's alright, the place is somewhat small but it gives off a homey vibe. It's was a vibe to say the least. There wasn't many beverages in my opinion. That's something I could say then need to improve on. Also the chicken in our ramen was sort of bland and tasteless. But maybe that's how it's supposed to be and I'm just not used to eating Ramen it was my first time all and I'll give it four stars I will come back but I'll have to look at the menu more thoroughly before I do.

I've ordered from Simply Ramen twice now. Their food is delicious. They offer great portion sizes. The only complaint I have is that the food is never ready by the time they say it will be. I've had to wait an additional 10 minutes longer each time for carry out.
