Sim's Bar-b-Que in San Jose

We have been wanting to get a deep fried Turkey for thanksgiving for years and finally decided to do so this year. I found Sim's on Yelp and the Turkey looked so good. I contacted Ron and the ordering process was extremely quick and simple. We ordered a Turkey as well as a smoked brisket. The pickup process on thanksgiving day was very easy as well. Both the Turkey and brisket were juicy, perfectly seasoned, and perfectly cooked. We will definitely be ordering from you guys again next year! Take care.

Ordered a deep fried turkey from Ron for Thanksgiving! Picked it up at their location in San Jose! The turkey was delicious, fresh and so juicy even when served hours later. Highly recommend Sim's BBQ and will absolutely be ordering from them again :)

Sim's Bar-B-Que was awesome! I called Ron 1 week before our event, (short notice) to cater my father's memorial service for 75 people....this was a very special day for me and my family so my husband and I wanted everything...even the food to be perfect. I told Ron exactly what I was looking for and he came through and provided! He did everything he said he was going to do as well...set-up, serve and clean-up. I live in LA, and was coordinating my father's memorial service which took place in San Jose. Ron was very efficient with getting back to me via phone, text and email pretty quickly. The food was also delicious! Everyone left satisfied and full. My husband and I plan on having a nice wedding vowel renewal and will definitely be giving Ron a call for our upcoming celebration.
