The absolute BEST fried chicken I've had in all of Seattle. I would love to see a gluten free fried chicken option on their menu but if you don't have a dietary restriction you need to eat here.

If you're craving fried chicken, this is THE SPOT. A word of warning though...anything above the "naked" spice level is HOT hot. The "medium" also known as Seattle Hot is deceivingly spicy. You've been warned ;) Main dishes: -chicken sandwich: Simple, but perfectly executed. The sandwich comes with two, giant tenders inside and is topped with mayo, lettuce and pickles. -chicken and waffles: same great chicken tenders, this time with fluffy waffles & sweet syrup Sides: -mac and cheese: portion size was a little small. I wasn't a huge fan of whatever spice was on top, but if you get past that, the rest is delish. -fries: unlike the Mac and cheese, you won't find skimpy portions for your fries. They are on the crispier side, so do what you will with that information. Overall, the vibes here are super chill and the food is even better! Definitely make your way down to Sisters and Brothers this summer.
