It’s been a long time since I had this good of an experience at a airport restaurant. Had the scramble with potatoes and a Bloody Mary. Great service and atmosphere.

Got their breakfast burrito and it was very tasty! Came with hashbrowns on the side and they were pretty fast in getting it out. A little pricey ($15) but honestly good for the quality and amount of food in an airport!

Summary: Nothing much to say. Good place to go to for a quick bite while you wait for your flight. Overall, my entire experience with Skillet Seatac was fairly brief. I had two hours before my flight so I decided to get some breakfast here. I ordered a simple 'your way', which is basically two eggs, bacon, morning taters, and wheat toast. Nothing too crazy. Only downside is for a simple breakfast, I had to wait over 10 minutes. So make sure you have some time before your flight. Definitely don't want to miss your flight over average breakfast food lol
