First time food was good But second time we were not happy with food and explained to mgmt so they cld do better for other customers. They were rude when we were explaining to them but said they wld text a gift card for future use which we did not expect but thought how nice. Well no gift card - no surprise. They just wanted to get rid of us. I agree it is overpriced which doesn't bother us but customer satisfaction is not their priority. I will never come here again

I ordered delivery from Slapfish via DoorDash. And normally have a good experience with them when I come to Albuquerque. OK, here we go. I'll eliminate the fries as I know that's going to be a disaster when delivered but they make you order it on line. With that said, Lobster Taquitos cold old and lifeless...

First of all the staff is super friendly. Andrea and Anna were wonderful. Helpful and attentive. Try the coconut drink. Really refreshing! So many choices but I got the clam chowder smothered fries for a starter and the fish and chips as my entree. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly and really tasty. The house made tartar sauce was great. I left stuffed AND I had tons of leftovers. Thank you Slapfish Winrock. I will be back!
