This place gets 25 stars...The service was phenomenal, only two front of the house including the bartender. But they were exceptional. The flavors were just unbelievable. "The dirty little dipper" slider was so juicy with a side short rib au ju. Most unique place I have been to in months.

My family loves this place! They have the best gourmet sliders. You can get them in beef, chicken, pork, short rib or even shrimp! They have great tacos as well. Don't forget and order of fravos- avocado fries! Super tasty reasonably priced food. Highly recommend!

Slidin dirty used to be one of the best places to go in Troy. Its gone down hill quite a bit, bathrooms were disgustingly dirty, looked like its been years since its been wiped down. There were no paper towels, only a stack of napkins on top of the paper towel holder. Manager sat at the bar, chugged a beer then left. The one waitress/bartender was more involved with going outside to smoke and hang out with the kitchen staff. Had to ask her 3 different times for a glass of water, the 4th time I walked up to the bar to ask, then she finally gave me a glass of water. At one point I dont think there was any staff inside the restautant. Staff came back in, smelled like they smoked something more than cigarettes, and then proceeded to do a shot at the bar. The other table near us almost got up and walked out. Finally the waitress came around to give us our check, she was nice enough just more involved with whatever else was going on. Food tasted good, I ordered sliders, so I knew the portions will be small, but the hamburger was about the size of a small meatball at best.
