Always pleased when I come across a restaurant that is a "game changer" within a particular specialty of food, and Slurp Ramen Factory is definitely the game changer within their field! Initially, I wasn't took keen on trying the restaurant due to the fact that I'm not really big on eating ramen, as I had my fair share of it while I was in college. With my wife being an avid fan of it, I saw that they had a few interesting items on their menu, and I thought why not give them a try? I order the brisket fried rice, as well as the smoked pork belly fried. Upon tasting the two entrees, I was in for quite a surprise as my taste buds received a good jolt of flavor, setting my taste buds on 10! Both entrees were very flavorful, with juicy pieces of brisket (for the brisket fried rice), and smoked pork belly (for the smoked pork belly fried rice), with a decent balance of smoke flavoring, which was just right. The fried rice was nicely seasoned, along with a good portion of rice. After trying the fried rice platters from Slurp Ramen Factory, I don't see myself going back to order from the typical Asian restaurant, as I believe I've found a clear winner in this restaurant. Looking forward to surprising my taste buds further with other dishes, please keep up the great work!!!
