We really like this place! Delicious sandwiches, friendly staff and it offers outdoor eating/drinking great for date night. It's much better when the firepit and heaters are working.

Absolutely amazing sandwiches in a relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff, and a comfortable welcoming environment. If it's a nice weather day, the outdoor seating area is quite large and has a bunch of character. Great drinks local brews and fresh made food makes this a must when in Seattle.

Burien location-My husband and I have gone to Smarty Pants regularly every 2 weeks through covid getting take out over tipping etc trying to be supportive. I have to say my experience tonight at Smarty Pants Burien was the worst experience. I tell all my friends and family about Smarty Pants how much we love it. I invited a couple friends for their birthday. The birthday girl barely had any of her drink and spilled it on their metal table with the hole in the middle where a umbrella would normally be. Our waitress brought a replacement drink but we found at the time of the bill she charged us for it and charged regular price where the first one was on happy hour. She also brought me the wrong salad. I'm on a very restrictive diet and eating certain things and the salad they brought wasn't going to work for me and wasn't what I ordered. They tried to charge me for that too. In fact charged my card before showing us the bill. Now I have to wait a week for the voided charge to fall off. When asked about the spilled drink the answer was well someone has to pay for it. I've never had a restaurant or bar charge for a spilled drink. We eat out every Friday and Saturday. Its going to be a long time before I come back and won't be recommending to our friends anymore....
