Stopped in for a burger lunch on new years eve day. The staff couldn't have been less helpful or considering. At one point there were a dozen burgers up getting cool while a number of people waited. ...and they ran out of ice cream!

Little pricey for the amount of foodFunny you mentioned shakes in your response,, cause Unfortunately the shakes we the one reason we picked smashburger because i was told the shakes are great but your store was not making them that day for some reason.
