I would like to give a shout out to the District Manager Ms. Nelly Longoria. My boyfriend and I experienced a problem with an order that was placed through DoorDash, and Ms. Longoria went above and beyond to resolve our problem to our complete satisfaction. She was friendly, courteous, and genuinely interested in making sure that my boyfriend and I remained happy customers. And, the food and milkshakes that we received from the restaurant were top-notch! We sincerely felt cared for as customers, and that just doesn't happen very often in today's society. Kudos to Ms. Longoria for her exceptional service! She is an asset to the Smashburger establishment. :)
