My wife wanted had wanted to try SmashBurger for a long time as we and were very excited to try it, so we decided to give it a try for lunch on our 20th Anniversary. We walked in and were pleasantly surprised as the restaurant appeared clean and was setup very well for dining in our Covid world. We were first in line to place our order and even though the employees noticed our arrival were made to wait about 5 minutes to place our order. When placing our order, the employee had a hard time getting the computer to work, had to enter our order twice and complained at how slow they were operating. When our food was brought out about 25 min after ordering, they only delivered ½ of our food and the SmashFries were cold. We were told they were working on the rest of our order and I asked if we could get fresh fries and were dismissively told “it will take a long time because we have a lot of orders”. While we were waiting for the rest of our food multiple people that ordered after us were delivered their food. We waited another 15 minutes before finally asking for a refund because it had been 40 minutes and still hadn’t been given our food. While issuing the ref...
