We went for brunch and got the Brisket Benedict, which was incredible! My friend had just been to a place that specialized in benedicts and he said this one blew it out of the water! It was so good that when we finally got hungry again we decided to go back for dinner. We got the Whole Lotta Que so we could sample everything. It was a ton of food, and we were not disappointed! It was all great, but the brisket, ribs, sausage, mac and cheese, and baked beans were incredible! Really glad we did the sampler because we would not have ordered the sausage and it was the best sausage either...

We were pleasantly surprise by this place! Obviously it’s not the best barbecue in the world, but for Northern Virginia it ain’t half bad! The pulled pork I had was good and moist (they packaged it in tin foil separate from the bun so it wouldn’t get soggy, love that)! I also love a place that has a good selection of sauces.Pro tip: the baked beans are the best side, hands downs. I would honestly come back just for the beans, as weird as that sounds. We thought the coleslaw and mashed sweet potatoes were a bit too sweet, and the mac and cheese is just ok unless you spice it up a bit on your own. Looking forward to dining in once the weather gets warmer so we can try more dishes!

Close your eyes and imagine some of the cities you associate with the best barbecue you've ever had. Was Arlington, VA part of that list? No? Didn't think so. I was just like you until I ventured into Smokecraft Modern Barbecue. This place is AMAZING. There is not one piece of food from this restaurant that I have tried that hasn't been absolutely delicious. If you haven't given this place a try I highly recommend it! Definitely one of the best restaurants I've been to all year!
