Amazing Brisket! Smoked to perfection with tons of flavor. Mac n Cheese was tasty as well. Overall great and look forward to follow this food truck.

I hired Aaron from Smoked It Up for our VIP Dinner event to surprise our best TOPDOG Fireworks customer and the food was amazing! Not only did he show up on time but his service was fast and his staff was super professional. I highly recommend Smoked It Up! We will definitely hire them in the future.
