Ok, so I love Smokey Mountain Brewery. I've always had a blast at the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge locations. Didn't expect anything else but that from the Knoxville location. Well, I was wrong. The bartender had a personality that made you immediately want to leave. She didn't want to be there at all. Not a fun atmosphere. Look, working at a restaurant isn't the best job in the world but when your working for tips...maybe try just a lil harder to look like you enjoy what you do. Won't be back.

Ordered the ribs and the personal pizza, ribs were mediocre but pizza was good. Also ordered blackberry mojito which lacked alcohol (tasted like juice), and second drink I ordered (top shelf margarita) had a fly in it. Service was extremely slow and waitress lacked friendliness. Will not come back.

We had a group of 41 on Thursday night for dinner at Smoky Mountain Brewery in Turkey Creek. The service was simply outstanding. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and it was piping hot! The waiters kept our drinks flowing without us having to ask. We get together monthly at various locations around town and no other restaurant has accommodated us with hot food and great service like Smoky Mountain Brewery. The checkout process was flawless!!
