Not sure how the smoothies taste because I wasn’t served. Walked in at 8:40pm; wasn’t greeted by the guy working. Had to greet him just for him to walk to the counter with a look as if we had inconvenienced him. Finally he said that they were about to close as if we could not order, so we said thanks and walked out only to discover the sign on the door reading that closing time was at 9pm. Based on the customer service, I’ll never know how the smoothies taste and as I did tonight, will take my business elsewhere.

I'm not even sure how the smoothies even taste due to the poor customer service. Leaving here now; 20 minutes before closing..walked in, said hello, & didn't receive a greeting in return by the young man who obviously wasn't happy to see a customer come in so close to closing (20 minutes before 9pm ). I would visit this Smoothie Factory location in Spring (20063 I-45 North) whenever I left the health club next door. The smoothies have always been good, and the service has OK. If I'm in need of a smoothie and in the area, I would pay them a visit.
