This has to be the most unprofessional smoothie king ever. They hire these people who seems to have had no training in working with the general public and they are making your food with an attitude every time. One 2 different occasions I have made online orders only for me to get to the store a few minutes after the time my order is supposed to be ready only for them to have not even started my order. I am a understanding person but this last time will be the very last time I patronize this business. The young lady with the glasses and the natural hair was so disrespectful and unprofessional. She had a bad attitude after I asked why is it that I am 10 minutes past pick up and my drink isn't ready. How are you upset with me because you sat around talking instead of doing your job? No I w wears name tags so you can not pin point out exactly who is who. I will never come back to this smoothie king again and They need new management that will train their employees better on service and the customers.
