I never like to leave bad reviews, but there is always something wrong with my order at this smoothie king! I hate coming to this smoothie king because something is always wrong. I rather go to any other location. I come to pick up and online order and the employee is nowhere to be found and he came 20 min later because he went to eat and locked up. My Medium size smoothie was filled up half way. I asked for peanut butter and no peanut butter was added. There is always something when I come to this locatio...

I never leave reviews I’m the type of person who will just go somewhere else but I’m over this place, I literally get two smoothies for breakfast everyday and I always preorder for pickup on the app. I wait in the parking lot and I’m always 15 minutes early. I can clearly see that there are no customers ordering inside or waiting for there drinks but somehow my smoothies are never ready on time. It’s not like it’s a few minutes late it’s like 10 minutes plus which is ridiculous. Sometimes they substitute ingredients and they will substitute fruit with veggies which is ridiculous. The smoothies are always different even though I get the same thing everyday. The one in east boca is way better and worth the trip the owner of west nova either needs to sell or get on top of things. If you want to sell lmk I’ll buy!!!
