Strange experience here today at the drive thru. From the time of order to actually receiving what I ordered took over 15 minutes. When I asked why it took so long the employee went off on me. He said I could never come back. That is odd in itself., but when I called back a few minutes later to ask for the manager’s name he informed me that he was the manager. He must have recognized my voice and said if I called again he would call the police. Unsettling to say the least and from reading other comments it seems Smoothie King in Ankeny has some problems. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint.
