Got to this location at 4:50 today and they had the doors locked and there were 2 customers in there who may have been there friends. We tried pulling the door and the "customer" seemed like there friends came and said they are closed we're just getting our order they're cleaning up and washing stuff. Then 1 of the employees came to the door and looked at the "customers"/friends phone because I said it's not 5 o'clock and walked off and said "I HATE PEOPLE" then another employee yelled and said the system was down. Which was a lie they just wanted to close early. Very unprofessional and ghetto i will never return to this location

No one picked my phone when I specifically did a curb side pickup. I had to leave my puppy in car to get inside the store and pick up smoothies while employee was just hanging out in the store. Not a good experience and this is not the first time it happened.

Definitely the worst Smoothie King experience I've ever had. Mobile ordered a smoothie on a Friday, so I knew they'd be busy and I was prepared to wait a little longer. However when I got to the location there were about 20 people waiting for drinks and about 5 workers, so they weren't short staffed, even tho 2 of them were just standing there and looked to be doing nothing. There were smoothies sitting on the counter without any label that were separated and looked to have been sitting there for 20+ minutes.
