The drive through was backed up so we went inside since we were in a hurry. The young man working behind the counter asked the manager in the back to come out and help and she yelled saying he's fine he can take care of it himself. He told her they had a line and she said oh well he always leaves her to do it alone so he can do it alone. We could hear her yelling this. He apologized to the customers inside for hearing all that and said she's the manager. We had to leave since it was taking too long.

1st time going to the smoothie king drive thru and the girl was rude to my husband on his order. He told her his order and and she repeated back and told him it was called this and not that. When we got to the window she gave us something totally different then what we requested. This place needs better management on training employees on how to work with customers.
