When I went there was just one person working. They were out when I arrived, and the gate was drawn shut so it looked closed. It would be really nice if there was a sign letting potential customers know that the staff had to step out but will be back soon. Service and smoothies were fantastic though

Came here after a long day of work. Employee was in the shop, taking my order, when she decided the shop was actually closed. Half an hour early. No explanation.

They were playing around way too much. I understand enjoying what you do, but they where standing around at the register talking while I was ordering. There was a lot of side jokes and playing. Never in my life have a went to a smoothie king and had a watery smoothie. Today was the day. I love the brand, but I will never come back to this franchise again.
