Smoothie King in Spring

Updating from 4 to 1 stars.*** PLEASE DONT RESPOND WITH "Thanks for bringing this to our attention" ***Clearly this is ongoing and you are aware.They used to be fast, but the crew that is there the last few Sundays I've gone have taken more than 10 minutes per car.My first thought, ok they ordered a ton of drinks. Nope 1 drink each car.I sat for almost 20 minutes and there were 2 or 3 of us.The first time I noticed this, I sat for 15 minutes for one car with one drink.My hope of this post is to notify management s...

Horrible service. I love smoothie king but the service at this location is the worst. Today I was frustrated because of the wait time but I really wanted it so I waited. Only to get to the window and get the wrong order... when I told him I didn’t order that he got upset and asked what was my so I gave him my order, I had also ordered a banana bread at the drive thru but my initial order disappeared, well I got a frozen solid banana bread the lady at the drive thru had asked if I wanted it warm but the guy at the window just gave me a rock and made eye contact because he knew I was upset ... I find it humorous now but how rude, I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews but I’ve had it with this location. Now I’m here waiting for my banana bread to thaw LOL and wondering if I should even drink my smoothie ... I always wondered why the wait time is always 20-30 min or more but now it’s clear that it’s because they never get the order right at the drive thru or don’t enter it idk and when you get to the window they ask what did you order again and have to make it there on the spot. I have tried going a different times and different days considering maybe I was going during peak hours ... no it’s always the same and my coworkers say the same. I will not go back to this location again. Sadly. They are so rude for some odd reason. No hospitality what so ever.
