Good, friendly people, but no training. They don't know the difference between a shake and a blast. I ordered a shake, and on their screen it came up blast. I then asked if that was the same as a shake because I had never had a blast. She said "yes".When I got it, it was so thick, I had to eat it with a spoon.MORE TRAINING
