Very disappointed with service and product today. We were in line for the drive Thur @ 5:15pm, finally making it the window of the drive Thur just for an Ocean Water. I usually hit the happy hour, but didn’t care today, I just wanted my route 44 ocean water. Leaving with my prize @ around 5:35pm, yes, 20 minutes to get a drink. Just to discover half way home I had already finished the beverage portion of what is supposed to be a 44oz drink, open it to see a cup full of ice. Soon there after I realize I wasn’t even given a receipt for my debit purchase, to know who to call to make complaint. I have a pic, so please do enjoy my cup of ice.
