@sonic drive-in Lamar Alexander parkway thank you for ruining my children's afternoon by refusing to take our order, even though you took the order of the people on either side of us. we wasted 15 minutes, my children hungry and hot but excited at the promise of a treat day, and you refused to give us service. I flagged down a car hop as she was walking by and asked why no one was answering the call button or store phone (I even tried to call the store and let them know) and she said "oh sorry we aren't taking anymore orders right now because we are too backed up". Wow. Thank you. Amazing customer service there. The very least you could have done would be to post signs on your order menus that said you were no longer taking orders and serving food, even though that is the sole purpose of the es...
