Please check your order carefully before you leave. They seem to have related issues with order accuracy (at least with me.) On today's visit I requested no mustard, add ketchup on my patty melt. They got neither of those requests right. Last visit they gave me a single patty burger when I paid for a 2-patty one.

I have never written a review before, but I believe this Sonic Drive-In deserves some recognition. I asked my server if I could write a review on her, and she suggested I try this! I will always go out of my way to come to Sonic in Lakeland! Jenna has become my favorite server for the past 4-5 years. I always sit and eat my food in my truck. I have been at the location while both busy and very slow. Sometimes my burger has been wrong, or the person taking my order was a little rude, but Jenna has always been apologetic and offered to go out of her way to fix whatever may be the issue. So many people in the customer service industry aren’t made for it, but Jenna most definitely is!! She is full of life, always smiles, and always makes us feel special because she greets us by name!
